A Shared Single Asset provides a focused review experience optimized for speed and simplicity.
Participants open directly into the player view, where they can review, comment, and collaborate on the asset without navigating through collections or playlists.
When viewing a shared single asset, you can:

Download asset and subtitles
Use the Download button to download the available files, depending on the share permissions. -
Approve or reject the asset (email shares only)
For shares sent via email, you can mark the asset as Approved or Rejected directly from the review interface. This option is not available on share links. -
Add comments
Leave time-based comments on the asset to provide feedback or notes. Comments appear in the side panel and can be viewed by all users with access to the share. -
Download comments
Download comment threads as Text, WebVTT, SRT or CSV. -
View transcriptions and asset information
Open the Transcription or Asset info panels to access text transcripts, metadata, and technical details about the asset. -
Start a synchronized real-time review
Click Start Sync in the top-right corner to begin a live, synchronized review session with other participants who have access to the same share. -
Use annotation tools
Access drawing and annotation tools from the toolbar at the bottom-left of the player. Use colored lines and markers to highlight specific areas of the frame. -
Use playback tools
Click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu in the bottom-right corner for additional playback options such as Flip, Rotate, and more. -
Hide or show the side panel
Collapse the side panel to focus fully on the media playback area.
Comment history
Comment history from the original asset carries over into single asset shares, allowing reviewers to see previous discussions and context.
In contrast, playlist shares begin with a clean comment history for each review session.
