The My Shares page provides each Iconik user with an overview of the assets, collections, and playlists they’ve shared and those they’ve received from other Iconik users. This makes it easy to see what’s active, what’s expired, and who has access.
- To access the overview, select "My Shares" from the top menu, located next to the Search bar.
- View details such as share type, creation date, expiry date, and status.
- Open any share by selecting the Visit Share button.
- Edit a share by right-clicking it or selecting the three-dot menu. Users can update settings such as the share’s custom title, expiry, download options, review and approval options, whether transcriptions and watermarks are visible, and more.
Roles
The following roles are needed to be able to see the My Shares icon as well as entering the page:
- can read assets
- can read shares
