Shared Collection

A shared collection presents all included assets in a gallery view as default, with each card displaying a status icon in the bottom-left corner to indicate the actions taken so far.

From a shared collection, you can:

  1. Download individual assets or use the Download all button in the top-right corner.
  2. Upload new files or complete folders directly to the shared collection using the Upload button in the top-right corner. Folders will update as sub-collections in the collections panel.
  3. Open any asset in the player view by clicking its title.

Note: Downloading all assets requires the Iconik Agent to be installed.

  1. Click the panel icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Locate your shares by navigating the collections or sub-collections to view their contents instantly.

  • Browse long lists using pagination
  • Create a structured view that suits your workflow

Use the arrow next to the toggle to customize page size or select between spacious and compact view.
