Iconik's legacy review experience retires on July 7, 2026. After that date, users won't be able to create new shares using the legacy experience. Only the new Iconik review experience will be available for new shares going forward.
Existing legacy share links will continue to work, but we'll convert them to open in the new review experience at a future date. (Advance notice will be given before that happens.)
We encourage any users to take the available time to switch and test the new review experience.
If you switch now and run into something unexpected, we can help you work through it before the deadline.
We suggest all users switch immediately while the runway is still available.
It takes minutes:
- Go to Admin > Share Management > System Share Settings > General Settings
- Turn off "Disable new sharing for all users" if enabled
That's it — all shares will use the new experience.
