You can use the filters and search to find assets in there various states of review.
Roles
These are the roles that are needed:
- can read asset
- can read shares
- can read approval request
To Search for Reviewal Assets:
- Go to the Search in the main navigation window.
- Open the Filters using the Filter icon on the left navigation.
- The filter panel will open.
- Go down to the section Approval Status.
- Choose one of the options.
The options that show up will depend on the status of the of the assets in your system and current search. For instance if there is no approved assets, and you haven’t used any other filters, it will not be an option to select Approved.
If you have performed a keyword search and used other filters, or gone in to a collection, the filter options will also change.
Tips
- You can use saved searches to save commonly used searches such as retrieving all assets that have been approved.
- You can bulk administrate reviews from search.
