Remove Shares

It is possible to remove shares via the Shares Panel or the My Shares page.

Domain Owners can also administrate all shares from the Admin Share Management page.

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

• Owner or Administrator
• can read shares
• can write shares
• can delete object shares
• can manage shares

Removing a Share via Share Panel

1. Visit the Asset Page or the Collection page for the share that you want to administrate.
2. On the left, click the Sharing button to open the Sharing panel.
3. Right-click or click on the three dot menu
4. Choose Delete Share

Removing Share Recipient via Share Panel

1. Visit the Asset Page or the Collection page for the share that you want to administrate.
2. On the left, click the Sharing button to open the Sharing panel.
3. Open the share that you are interested in by clicking on the down arrow
4. Right-click or click on the three dot menu on the row for the user that you wish to remove.
5. Choose Delete User

Remove User in My Shares

1. Go to My Shares
2. Click the three dot menu on the collection or playlist from which you want to remove a user and select Edit share
3. Go to the participants tab
4. Click the three dot menu and select Delete Share Participant

Remove Share in My Shares

1. Go to My Shares
2. Click the three dot menu on the collection or playlist you want to remove and select Delete Share
