The Publish Panel lets you configure a post and have it go out automatically at a future date and time.
Schedule a post
- In iconik, select the asset you want to publish and open the Publish Panel.
- Configure the post as usual: destination(s), template, caption, subtitles, and thumbnail.
- Instead of publishing immediately, choose a Schedule.
- Confirm to schedule.
The post is created with a Scheduled status and appears in the Post Management dashboard.
View scheduled posts
Open Post Management and use the Scheduled view. Each scheduled post shows its scheduled publish time and status.
If you scheduled to several destinations at once, status is tracked per destination — one destination can complete while another is still pending.
Cancel a scheduled post
- Go to Post Management → Scheduled.
- Find the post and select Remove.
