The Posts page gives you a complete view of every post published from Iconik in one place. It is accessible directly from the top navigation bar of the interface.
Accessing the Posts page
Click Posts in the top navigation bar. The page opens to a full list of all posts that have been published from Iconik, across every connected platform and account.
What you can see
Each post in the list displays the following information:
| Column | Description |

| Title | The title of the published post. |
| Publish platform | The destination platform the post was published to (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, X). |
| Publish account | The specific account on the platform used to publish the post. |
| Publish start date | The date the publishing process was initiated. |
| Publish live date | The date the post went live on the destination platform. |
| Engagement performance | Engagement metrics collected for the post from the destination platform. |
| Publisher | The user who published the post. |
| Status | The current state of the post in the publishing lifecycle. |
Available actions
For each post, you can:
- View post on destination — Open the live post directly on the destination platform.
- View asset — Open the source asset associated with the post in Iconik.
Access control
Access to the Posts page is governed by the following role permission:
can_read_posts— Required to view the Posts page and its contents.
Users without this permission will not see the Posts page in the navigation bar. Contact your administrator if you need access.
