Once your destinations and templates are set up, you can publish video and audio assets from Iconik to your digital destinations via Wildmoka.
The Publish panel is available on assets that can be published: video and audio assets stored on cloud storage.
1. Thumbnail selection
There are three ways to set a thumbnail:
- Select a snapshot from the asset
- Upload an image
- Browse the Iconik library for images
Thumbnail and Posters:
Once a thumbnail is selected, it is automatically added to the asset posters.
When an asset has a default keyframe defined, it is selected as the default thumbnail.
2. Template selection (optional)
Template selection is optional. Publish Templates in Wildmoka are essential tools that streamline clip creation and publication. They ensure every clip follows pre-defined branding rules, styling, and publication workflows — reducing friction, limiting human error, and saving time across editorial teams.

3. Destinations selection
Choose one or more destinations to publish the content to. The available destinations depend on the user's access rights.
