Access preferences through the Iconik Preferences menu to customize your player experience:
- Username - Your Iconik account email
- Password - Your account password
- Base URL - Your Iconik instance URL (e.g., https://app.iconik.io)
- Playback preferences
- FileType - Choose whether to load Original Files or Web Proxy by default when opening assets
- Preferred ISG for Original Files - Select which ISG storage to prioritize for local playback. Click Mount Point to configure network storage locations
- Browser settings
- Items Per Page - Set how many assets display per page in the browser (default: 100)
- Search Scope - Choose whether searches look across All of Iconik or only within the current collection
- Preferred Iconik Browser UI - Select whether to show the browser as a sidebar or in a separate window
- Show All File Types - Display all file formats in the browser, including unsupported types
- Upload settings
- Preferred File Uploader - Choose between Iconik Agent (recommended for large files) or Embedded Uploader
- Security and advanced
- Auto Delete Downloaded Files - Automatically remove downloaded files after viewing to save disk space
- Enable Logging - Turn on diagnostic logging for troubleshooting
Click Save to apply your preference changes.
