This function allows you to save filters and search parameters to be easily recalled again. As iconik saves the search, and not the results, the results may change between each search if other assets would be linked to the search the other time.

Sharing saved searches.
Saved searches can have Access Control Lists applied to them to define which users and Groups (legacy) or Teams have what kind of access. This allows you to create saved searches that others can use and potentially edit, or to keep the saved search private.
- Open the saved searches panel
from the search page.
- Hover over the row of the saved search that you wish to set an ACLs on.
- A dialog opens which allows to select users and Groups (legacy) or Teams.
- It shows at the top a form for setting a new ACL and at the bottom what ACLs are currently set.
- Set the Permission that these users are allowed.
- Click SUBMIT
You can read more about Access Control Lists here.
Quick Tip
If you don’t want the results to change, and just want to store a fixed collection of assets, try using the collections functionality instead.
