Iconik’s review and approval features provide a powerful way to keep feedback clear and projects moving, all within the context of your asset management operations. These updates make review smarter, more secure, and more connected to the way creative work actually happens.

Creating share links 

All share links created using the iOS app will use the system domain default settings for creating a share.

The system default settings are administrated in Share Management see article: System Share Setting 

To share an asset from the iOS App:

1. Navigate to the asset page for the asset you want to share
2. Tap the share button in the top right corner
3. This will create a share using the system default settings and copy the link.
4. Select which way you want to distribute the share link from your native iOS share dialogue, and share it.

To share a collection from the iOS app:

1. Navigate to the collection you want to share
2. Tap the share button in the top right corner
3. This will create a share using the system default settings and copy the link.
4. Select which way you want to distribute the share link from your native iOS share sheet, and share it.

Opening share links

A share link can be received different ways and to open the share do the following

1. Tap the share link, which will open the Iconik iOS app.
2. Log in (if the share requires it).
3. The iOS app will load the share.

Opening shares which use magic links

In Iconik magic links may be used to increase security by validation of the recipient's email before giving access. To open such a share do the following

1. Tap the share link, the Iconik iOS app will launch and request your email.
2. Enter your email and click ok.
3. Open your email client and open the email with the share link.
4. Click the share link, which will open Iconik iOS app.
5. Login (if the share requires it).
6. The iOS app will load the share.

Opening share links as a Non-paid User

Since Iconik allows to create shares with recipients which are not users 

A share link can be received different ways and to open the share do the following

1. Tap the share link, which will open the Iconik iOS app.
2. Log in (if the share requires it).
3. The iOS app will load the share.
