When you click the column of a user on the User page, a panel will slide out from the right side of the screen. This panel gives you a quick way to review account details and make top-level changes without leaving the page. In this way, you can quickly make changes to multiple users without having to navigate to their individual profiles and back again.
1. Update the User Type
Use the User Type section to change how the user accesses your workspace.
Switch a user between power, standard and browse-only user types
Apply or remove the Owner status for Power users
2. View Teams and Role Groups
The panel shows all Teams and Role Groups the user belongs to.
See every team the user is part of
Confirm that the correct role groups are being used
Understand which role groups determine their permissions
Get a clear picture of how access is assigned and where it comes from
3. View roles applied by each Role Group
Under each role group, you can open a breakdown of the specific roles that the group grants.

4. Add or remove Team and Role Group memberships
You can adjust the user’s access directly within the panel by selecting the edit icons:
Add the user to new teams or role groups
Remove users from teams or role groups
Update a user's primary or additional teams
Create new teams directly when adding the user
*Note: The new team will only be created when the changes are saved
5. Navigate to specific Teams or Role Groups
Click any the arrow beside any team or role group to navigate directly to its page.
Review overall team or role group membership
Update team settings
Update role group specific roles

Use the User Details Panel anytime you need to:
Make fast, high-level account changes
Troubleshoot permissions
Confirm a user’s access across multiple teams and groups
Tips
Your user-type changes save automatically, so there’s no extra confirmation step.
If you need to edit detailed team or role group settings, click through to access full configuration options.
You can easily switch between different users by simply selecting a new user row
Easily navigate to the full profile to see more options with the "Edit Profile" option
