Iconik 25.04

Translate transcriptions, share in a click, and more

Iconik’s latest update gives your team three gifts at once: faster multilingual transcriptions, quicker sharing, and tighter file tracking. Below you’ll find the headlines, why they matter, and how to start using them right away. Enjoy the upgrade—and let us know what you create with the time you save!

Transcription and translation enhancements

Transcript translation

Iconik now taps Rev.AI’s translation features to turn any transcript into 11 additional languages with a single click. Your team can prep multilingual captions inside the platform, so global audiences get a localised experience without added production time.

Multiple language transcriptions

Upload an asset, select every language you need upfront, and Iconik produces a fully searchable track for each. Viewers switch tracks instantly from a new dropdown in the player—perfect for compliance checks, executive review, and multi-territory delivery.

Subclip transcripts inherit context

Create a subclip, and the matching slice of the parent transcript comes with it automatically. Your selects arrive captioned and ready for approval, social cut-downs, and sharing with your team.

An easier way to copy share links

Need to send a link in a hurry? The share dialog now includes a one-tap Copy link button and a cleaner layout that puts key options exactly where you expect them. Just click, paste, and share.

Updated storage admin

Connecting your owned storage to Iconik is now faster and easier. The refreshed page shows recognizable logos for our key integration partners, so you can quickly select the type of storage you want to add. The menu is also collapsible, so you can hide what you don’t need if you’re focusing on the connections you already manage.

New setting to add asset ID in download filenames

Flip on this new setting in your Admin settings, and each download will include its unique iconik Asset ID in the filename. Stakeholders know exactly which version they’re holding, feedback threads stay clear, and the “final-final-v2” guessing game disappears for good.

These updates are live today. Jump in to transcribe content in new languages, copy share links with a single click, or enjoy filenames that speak for themselves—and let us know how it goes. Your feedback shapes our roadmap, and we’re already preparing the next improvements to keep your creative flow moving forward.
