The Automation Engine is now available to all Iconik users. You can find it under Admin > Automations.
The Automation Engine empowers you to automate repetitive tasks in iconik. With a simple, no-code interface, you can build custom workflows that trigger actions like archiving assets, updating metadata, running AI transcriptions, and moving files between storage tiers.

Pricing
Automation Engine pricing is designed to keep your workflows efficient and your budget intact. The more you automate, the more you could save, both in time and budget.
$0.002 per full automation run
Unlike other tools, iconik doesn’t charge for every little action inside a workflow. You pay per completed automation, not per step.
If you’re on Pro or Enterprise pricing, iconik includes a set number of Automation runs with your account:
- Pro Customers: 50k runs per day included
- Enterprise Customers: 500k runs per day included
