From the Iconik panel inside DaVinci Resolve, you can import original assets and collections directly into your Resolve media pool. You can select multiple assets, or a single collection. You can't combine assets and collections, or select more than one collection, in the same import.
Import Assets
- Ensure the Iconik Agent is running and the Iconik panel is open in Resolve.
- In the Iconik panel, search for the asset or collection you want to import.
- Right-click the asset or collection and select Open Assets. This imports the selected media.
- The Iconik Agent will download the original files to your local machine.
- Once the transfer completes, the media will appear in your Resolve media pool, ready for editing.
Note: If your files are on on-premise storage that hasn't been mapped in the Agent yet, set the ISG mapping first. See Installing.
