Once the face recognition has completed:

  1. Select Start confirming to administrate unconfirmed and new faces. 

Note: To manage the 'Show new faces to confirm' dialog, which can be dismissed with a "Don't show again" option, navigate to your user admin settings. Click on the user icon, select Edit profile, and then go to the settings tab to toggle this dialog on or off.

Confirm identified faces by adding a person in one of two ways:

  1. Use the dropdown below the faces to select an existing user or type to add a new person.
  2. In the panel to the right, click Add Person and select an existing user or type to add a new person.

Manage person profiles:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to their name. From here, you can view, modify, or remove them from an asset.
  2. Choosing View person allows you to change their display image and see all assets where that person has been detected.

Each person can have multiple faces, with each face linked to the asset from which it was detected. This view provides the following functionalities:

  • Name the person: Assign a name to the detected person
  • Manage person profiles: Switch to or merge with another person's profile using the cogwheel menu
  • Reassign faces: Change a detected face and reassign it to a different person
  • Set display image: Choose an image to represent the person
  • Navigate to assets: Access assets that contain this person


 

Once a person has been added the frame will turn green and the ‘add person’ box will disappear.

All active face recognition jobs are listed on the jobs dashboard. Select the Admin menu at the top of the screen to get a jobs status overview.
