Applying ACL to Content

You can choose to permanently apply a ACL that is on a collection to the members of that collection. Thus the ACL will be put on to all the Assets and Sub-Collections you do this operation on.

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

• can read collections
• can write collections
• can read acls
• can write acls
• can delete acls

To Apply ACL to Content

1. Open the Access Control Panel  using the icon on the left when viewing a collection.
2. Click on the dots icon next to the user or group you wish to remove the access control for or right click on the row
3. Select Permanently Apply to Content
4. A confirmation dialog will appear
5. Click APPLY to save
