Removing ACL from Collection

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

  • can read collections
  • can write collections
  • can read acls
  • can write acls
  • can delete acls

Removing Access

Go to the Collection’s page that you want to remove access from.

  1. Open the Access Control Panel permission.png using the icon on the left
  2. Click on the dots icon next to the user or group you wish to remove the access control for or right click on the row
  3. Select Remove Permission.

Removing Access Permanently.

If an ACL has been permanently applied to the assets or sub-collections of a collection it can be removed from them on the parent collection.

  1. Open the Access Control Panel permission.png using the icon on the left
  2. Click on the dots icon next to the user or group you wish to remove the access control for or right click on the row.
  3. Select Remove from Content.
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear
  5. Click REMOVE
