Roles Admin

Once you have understood the roles you can administrate which Groups (legacy) or Role Groups get which roles from the Groups or Role Groups administration pages.

We have grouped roles into “role groupings” that make sense for certain scenarios such as “Organize, Upload, Billing” - which makes it easier to turn on and off roles.

Changing roles

  1. Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
  2. Choose Groups (legacy) or Role Groups from the left navigation bar by pressing .
  3. Click on the name of the group or role group you wish to change the roles for.
  4. On the edit page, under Group/Role Group Information you will see the roles editor.
  5. You can toggle on and off the complete role grouping, for example “Organize”.
  6. If you would rather have granular control, you can toggle Advanced and you will be presented with a list of all roles.
  7. When selecting individual roles that can make up a role group, they will show in the group with a solid square in the check box.
