Adding Translations
To add a translation to assets, select the asset(s) in the search window, or open them ad select the gear icon>Transcribe. In the Transcribe modal, select which languages you would like to translate to.
You can choose multiple languages to translate at the same time.
When you're ready, hit the TRANSCRIBE button to start the translation.
Viewing Translations
Once translated, you can switch between languages from the language dropdown in the Transcript panel.
Best Practices
- Translations can be displayed as subtitles in the web video player
- Before transcribing/translating, consider configuring summary and transcription fields and assigning them in your AI Accounts settings.
- Transcriptions can be downloaded in various formats, including SRT and WebVTT
- Assets with existing transcriptions will need to be re-transcribed in order to generate at translation
