Uploading Directly into a Collection

Uploading

You can quickly upload one or more files into a collection.

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

  • asset
  • collection
  • search

To Upload Directly into a Collection:

  1. While on the Search page, navigate the correct Collection by either selecting it from the Collection panel or from the Search page itself.

  2. Drag and drop the files from your computer directly onto the Search page - a list of the files you just dragged will be shown in the uploader widget.

    *You can remove a file by clicking on the cross on the same row as the filename.

  3. Click UPLOAD to upload the files.
  4. The files will then be added directly to that collection.
