Bulk Approve/Reject

Bulk

You can bulk approve, reject or reset the review and approval status of assets from search.

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

  • asset
  • review

To Bulk Approve/Reject:

  1. Search for the assets that you wish to update
  2. Select the first asset
  3. Either use the SHIFT key to select a range, by selecting the last asset or use the CTRL key on Windows or the Apple key on MacOS to select multiple individual assets.
  4. Right Click on one of the selected Assets and select Review
  5. Then either select Approve, Reject or Reset
  6. A modal window will open to confirm that you wish to perform this action.
  7. Press APPROVE, REJECT or RESET to update the approval status as needed.
