You can re-transcode the contents of Collection from the collections page. This will create a new proxy for previewing in the web from the Original format for that asset.
Roles
These are the roles that are needed:
- asset
- search
- can read collection
- can write collection
How to re-transcode collection content
- Go to the Search
- Open the Collections panel
- Find the Collection that has the content that you wish to re-transcode
- Click on the menu icon
- Choose Re-Transcode.
Please note: This operation will happen in the background, and if there are a large number of assets in the collection might take some time to appear
