Watermarking allows you to add visible overlays during playback in the iconik player. This helps discourage unauthorized use and helps with tracking.
Viewing Watermark Settings
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Settings from the left navigation bar.
- Choose the Watermark Settings tab
Configuring Watermark Settings
The Watermark Settings page provides a live preview of how your watermark will appear based on your current configuration.
Available Watermark Content
You can include any combination of the following information:
- Date and time
- Viewer's email address
- Viewer's IP address
- Custom text
Appearance Options
Customize how your watermark appears:
- Alignment: Position the watermark at the top, center, or bottom of the asset
- Opacity: Adjust the transparency of the watermark text
- Shadow: Control the opacity of the text shadow for better visibility
Enable/Disable Watermarks
- Use the "Show Watermark" checkbox to enable watermarking globally
- Customize watermark visibility for individual shares using the share settings
