Search Export

You can export assets directly from the search results in the same way that you can export from asset page.

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

• asset
• search
• can_read_assets
• can_read_files
• can_read_format

To Export

1. Open the Search Page.
2. Search for the asset that you wish to export.
3. Right click on the asset, or select multiple assets and right click on one of them.
4. Select Export and a dialog will appear.
5. Select the export location you wish to export to.
6. If you want to create a folder for the exported asset, select Create folder for asset
7. If you want to overwrite existing files with this asset, select Overwrite existing
8. Click EXPORT
9. Your Asset(s) will be exported.
