Roles
These are the roles that are needed:
- Power User
- Can Delete Metadata Fields
- Can Write Metadata Fields
- Can Read Metadata Fields
To add a Metadata Field:
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Metadata
from the left navigation bar.
- Choose Fields from the tabs menu under the title.
- Click on + NEW METADATA FIELD to open the form to create a Metadata Field.
- The attributes window will appear.
- Fill in the Metadata Field attributes (Be aware that name and type can only be defined on the Metadata Field creation and never edited again).
- Click
- The new field will appear on the list.
