Adding Metadata Fields

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

• Power User
• Can Delete Metadata Fields
• Can Write Metadata Fields
• Can Read Metadata Fields

To add a Metadata Field:

1. Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
2. Choose Metadata from the left navigation bar.
3. Choose Fields from the tabs menu under the title.
4. Click on + NEW METADATA FIELD to open the form to create a Metadata Field.
5. The attributes window will appear.
6. Fill in the Metadata Field attributes (Be aware that name and type can only be defined on the Metadata Field creation and never edited again).
7. Click CREATE
8. The new field will appear on the list.
