This page describe the settings that can be set for the login process in iconik.
Settings
Support Access
To enable iconik support to more easily support you with any issues you may encounter with iconik this can be turned so that they will have access to your system. Please note this means that Iconik support staff will be able to view your assets for troubleshooting.
Required Groups for SAML
Will only create SAML users that have matching groups within your SAML provider.
Update SAML primary team on login
Will update a user's primary Iconik Team when they have logged in.
Password Strength
iconik lets you tune how users are allowed to set their passwords.
- Click on ADMIN
in the top navigation.
- Choose Settings from the left navigation bar.
- This will show the System Settings
- Focus on the Password strength panel
- Click UPDATE to update the settings.
Parameters
- Minimum password length - The minimum number of characters for setting a password. Minimum is 8
- Require uppercase letters - Require user to have a password with one or more uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Require lowercase letters - Require user to have a password with one or more lowercase letters (a-z)
- Require special symbols - Require user to have a password with symbols, e.g. *,%,#,& etc..
- Require digits - Requires user to have one or more numbers in their password
Two-Step Verification
- Enforce two-step verification on the domain - Enables two-step verification for all existing and future users.
