Roles
These are the roles that are needed:
- Power User
- Can Delete Metadata Fields
- Can Write Metadata Fields
- Can Read Metadata Fields
To update a Metadata Field
- Click on ADMIN in the top navigation.
- Choose Metadata
from the left navigation bar.
- Click the name of the Metadata Field you wish to edit from the list.
- The attributes window will appear.
- Edit the attributes to update.
- Click UPDATE
- Also, if you'd like to see how it looks, there is a list under Used in linking to the Metadata Views where the Metadata Field is used. Metadata Fields can be added to Metadata Views from the editor.
