Updating Export Locations

Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

• Owner
• can delete export locations
• can read export locations
• can write export locations

Updating Parameters

1. Click on ADMIN in the top navigation
2. Choose Export Locations from the left navigation bar.
3. Right-click on the export location from the list that you wish to update.
4. Select Edit Export Location
5. Update the fields that you wish to change.
6. Click UPDATE to update the export location.

Updating Access Control

It is possible to define which users and groups (legacy) or teams are allowed to access and use the Export Location

To Add Users or Groups (legacy) or Teams

1. Click on ADMIN in the top navigation
2. Choose Export Locations from the left navigation bar.
3. Right-click on the export location from the list that you wish to update.
4. Select Access Control
5. Select from the Users or Groups (legacy) or Team field which ones you want to give access
6. Select the permissions you want to give them.
7. ADD to update the export location.

To change existing access

1. Click on ADMIN in the top navigation
2. Choose Export Locations from the left navigation bar.
3. Right-click on the export location from the list that you wish to update.
4. Select Access Control
5. The existing Users or Groups (legacy) or Teams will be shown as a list.
6. Right-click on the row you wish to change
7. Choose Edit Permission to edit the permissions or Remove permission to remove it altogether.
8. Click X in the top right of the modal when you are finished.
